When do the groups meet?
All of our groups meet once per week for one hour. We understand everyone has different work and home schedules so we are happy to offer both daytime and evening groups. To learn more about the days and times of a specific group, please call our office staff today!
How do I know if individual or group therapy would be best for me?
We always begin by scheduling a one-on-one assessment to offer a chance for you to meet with one of our clinicians who will help determine the best treatment plan for you. At times, it is recommended that you do individual sessions before joining a group, others are recommended to begin groups right away. We do require all group members to see a therapist on an individual basis. If you already have an established therapist you can continue to see him or her while in our group programs.
